We repair all makes and models of computers including Apple.
We charge $35 for a diagnostics, if you decide to go ahead with the repairs we credit the diagnostics fee towards the repairs.
Our hourly fee is $69.
System reloads to factory condition range from $69-129.
Laptop power jacks replacements range between $150-220. ($100 non-refundable deposit required when machine is dropped off)
Laptop screen replacement range between $200-$350. ($100 non-refundable deposit required when machine is dropped off)

On Site Services
Cyber Exchange offers many services onsite. We do in business consulting and setups as well as in home services. We charge $100 an hour for on-site services. Please check with your technician for discounted rates by purchasing blocks of time or setting up a monthly / yearly contract.

Managed Services
Cyber Exchange is now offering managed network services to clients. By allowing us to remotely maintain & monitor your workstations and servers we can provide you with greater reliability, security and performance. We offer Remote Maintenance & Monitoring for both workstations and servers. We monitor system vitals such as CPU utilization, memory utilization, free disk space, software installed / uninstalled, backups, anti-virus, and more. We remotely manage Windows Updates to ensure that your system has the latest performance and security updates. Symantec Endpoint Anti-virus software is remotely managed, we make sure that the latest definitions are installed all times and that your system is being scanned regularly, if a threat is detected we will work quickly to ensure the threat is resolved.
If we are unable to fix an issue remotely we will dispatch a technician to your location to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
